Some of you may know about Space Invader , the French street artist that puts up moisaics of old videogame characters all around the world. You may even know that he has one very nearby Crossroads (where most of you people went or go to high school), at the corner of 26th Street and Colorado, next to The Water Garden: (see for yourself)

our local invader Unfortunately, if you wanted to go try and spot it, you wouldn't be able to. Someone has been repeatedly covering our local space invader up with spray paint. The first time it happened, this fellow went there and laboriously removed all the spray paint so the little pixelated buddy could shine again. Now rich_lem has found it to be covered again! Who would be mean enough to spray paint over a hand made mosaic? It sure is nicer looking than the electricity box it's stuck to. I mean, come on!
